Join us as we kick-start the very first event at the brand new Tanjong Pagar Park on Tuesday, 24 October, at 6.30pm!

Great for your heart and lungs, Pulse powered by Clubbercise®, tones muscles and helps you to de-stress! Inject some fun into your workout with high energy dance moves as you exercise alongside like-minded people in a nightclub atmosphere.

Subsequent Tuesdays at 6.30pm will focus on - Body Combat, which tones muscles, helps you to de-stress, and is great for both your heart and lungs.

On Saturdays, there will be Zumba for families at 10:30 am in the morning, which is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. It's a surefire way to leave you with a serious dose of awesome boosted energy after each session!
