Spartan Race is the world's best obstacle course race, with over 240 races in 25 countries around the world this year. Spartan Race is not your everyday running race - expect to run, climb, push, pull, throw and crawl through walls, hills, trees, mud, barbed wire and other challenging but fun obstacles.
All Spartan courses are designed to challenge you physically. We can’t spell out what exactly you will face, what fun would that be. However, we can assure there will be fire, mud, water, barbed wire, and occasionally Hell on Earth. Spartan Race is designed to pull you from your comfort zone and challenge you.

The recently held Spartan Race in Kuala Lumpur was an absolutely amazing experience. I have completed a couple of obstacle races over the past months but really, nothing was like what I experienced on Saturday, 10 October 2015.
Giving participants a first-hand taste of the hard-core Spartan lifestyle, the workout featured several challenging exercises, including Spartan Race’s most notorious move – the burpee. Popularised by the military, this full body exercise has become the ‘currency’ of all Spartan Races around the globe. If a participant fails an obstacle during the race, he or she ‘pays’ the penalty of 30 burpees before moving on.
You’ll be running, climbing and crawling across unknown terrain, splashing through mud and tackling many unique and challenging obstacles. In fact, the race venues for the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Sprint on 10 October 2015 and Singapore Sprint on 15 November 2015 are still a guarded secret—we only know that it’ll be epic!
