A team can consist of 2 to 6 people.
(Note : Running in a larger group may take a longer time but there will be more of you to strategize on the best route.)
Participants of the Solo event have to be 14years and above (on race day).
There is no age restriction for Team categories. We encourage families to register with children and grandparents. All are welcome, but at least one member of the team has to be above 14 years of age (on race day).
