ASICS penetrates the north-eastern region of Singapore with its new suburban standalone store in NEX shopping mall on 1 September 2016.

The new store will allow ASICS to fill a retail gap for the flourishing population there and provide much more coverage on top of its existing stores in the eastern, central and west regions of Singapore.

ASICS Store NEX

Serangoon mall NEX is the largest shopping mall in the north-eastern region of Singapore with its diverse range of retail offerings spanning over seven levels. Its strategic location and eclectic mix of retail offerings have positioned the mall as a vibrant social and recreational hub for the north-eastern community.

This spacious 79.4 square metres ASICS store in NEX will feature the latest range of ASICS running products, such as the new GEL-KAYANO 23, DynaFlyte and GEL-QUANTUM 360 CM. In addition, the store will also carry a variety of footwear, apparel and accessories suitable for a wide range of activities for the whole family.

On the opening of the store at NEX, the Managing Director of ASICS Asia, Yogesh Gandhi said,

“We at ASICS strive to provide a variety of high performance athletic gear and with ASICS Store NEX, we endeavor to provide an impressive retail experience for all our valued customers who want to purchase ASICS products.”

He added,

“We chose NEX because we find it particularly well frequented, and we want to make ASICS more accessible to the people living in the area. NEX has a wide spectrum of retail possibilities, and we hope to be a vital part of the sports gear hub in this part of town.”

Want It More

ASICS’ new store opening in NEX is in line with the brand’s belief that all athletes can reach into their innate desires to “Want It More”, regardless of age and ability.

ASICS’ main objective is to inspire and motivate high performance and enthusiast athletes alike to achieve their goals and aspirations by pushing themselves to the limit, with the use of ASICS products which have been developed from years of intensive research at the ASICS Institute of Sport Science in Kobe, Japan.
