"Seas" the Day and Take Up These Beach Challenges: Terengganu 12 Hours & Turtle Beach Run 2015

Collaborating with Kerajaan Negeri Terengganu, Infinity Outdoor Enterprise has taken the plunge to launch Terengganu's first beach marathon in 10 years. Happening on Saturday, 6 June 2015, this 'come back' event set in Pantai Batu Burok, Terengganu, Malaysia will challenge you unlike anything you've done before!

While the race organisers are a new company, they have experienced team members who have hosted other leading marathons in Malaysia. Expecting 1,500 to 2,000 participants for two of its brand new race categories, both race events will be equipped with drink and refreshment check points, distance markers as well as race crew and medical assistance on standby.

Turtle Beach Run 2015

Starting at 6:30 a.m., the event will challenge participants to a number of obstacles around a 10km route along the beach. Be prepared to push your physical and mental limits as you crawl through soft, smooth sand, run in knee-deep water, and conquer other hurdles! The top five winners in each category will receive cash prizes and hampers.

Terengganu 12 Hours

Gather your three-people relay teams and get set for the longest beach challenge ever! Using the same route in the Turtle run, this event will be on a direct road without obstacles. Run for 12 hours non-stop by relay and aim to finish with the highest number of loops possible! Cash prizes are up for grabs for the top five teams, while those in the 6th to 10th placing will also receive hampers. Race packages include Petzel headlamps, bib number, medals, T-shirts, food and drinks, a free campsite location to pitch your own tents, and of course, goodies!
