Returning to Singapore’s shores for the third time, The Color Run™ is geared up to bring even more cheer and sparkle to the nation’s Golden Jubilee celebrations! Hosted by CIMB Bank, the leading ASEAN universal bank, the colorful race will be held on 22 and 23 August 2015 at Sentosa Island.
Anticipating a massive 18,000 sign ups, The Color Run™ presented by CIMB Bank in Singapore is the biggest instalment of the series in Southeast Asia. Including the races in Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur this year, 120,000 Color Runners in Southeast Asia would have joined The Color Run™ presented by CIMB Bank by the end of 2015.
To up the fun factor, participants in Singapore will also be the first in this region to experience a dash of sparkle in this year’s run. Expect to be doused in colored glitter powder as you make your way through the “Shine” color zones and at the climatic Finish Festival where you can party on into the night.
In keeping with the run’s goal of giving back to the community, $1 from every registration will go to the Coalition Against Bullying for Children and Youth (CABCY) this year. Founded in 2005, the CABCY is a voluntary organisation spreading awareness about and dealing with the different forms of bullying.
