About the race
Take a break from the busy tourist destinations and visit the city of Ome! Ome is conveniently located just an hour away from the heart of Tokyo on the Chuo Line. Make it a day trip or an overnight trip at an onsen.
Travel back in time after roughly 7KM into the race. You’ll find hidden villages of old private “minka” houses that are used as a school for farming and agriculture. It is seen as a “power spot,” which is a sacred location with mystical energy flowing through the area. Come and see a part of Tokyo that most people have not seen before.
