The race is a 22.5Km trail race that takes off at plaza of Brgy. Egaña, Sibalom Antique and a challenge course 1 kilometer before the finish line. The route is a bit technical which composes of 3km (1.5Km out and back from the finish line, few kilometers of dirt, aggregate road with some sharp stones approaching the muddy uphills.
