Beyond The Black Stump is a 16km and 33km Fat Ass* run on bush tracks and fire trails in Berowra, NSW. Because this is a Fat Ass event, there are no special procedures to enter; just rock up on the day and run.
The course is a difficult run on fire trail and technical single-file bush tracks with lots of up and down. There are great views but it’s very hard work for the bush lover.
Both distances in Beyond The Black Stump start and finish at Berowra Community Hall by the roundabout at the junction of Crowley Rd and Berowra Waters Rd, Berowra in New South Wales.
This is approx 35km / 20 miles North of the Sydney CBD, which is 30 mins to an hour’s drive depending on time/traffic. Berowra is also well-served by a train line, the station being 500 metres from the start
