Since 2016, the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon was recognised as the IAAF Gold Label Road Race. It proves the race has achieved the highest standard in IAAF, and it also attracts many elite runners around the world to compete in Hong Kong. With the positive feedbacks from runners, we have been working closely with government parties to run into the city hub by having more spectators cheer along the route. I believe that every runner would enjoy running in the most scenic roads in Hong Kong with the amazing atmosphere.
