We are pleased to announce that Mahkota will be organising our Mahkota Charity Run for the third year in a row thanks to the success and positive feedbacks from the previous Charity Run in 2014 and 2015. The charity run will be the hospital’s major CSR annual event with the aim of encouraging a healthy lifestyle and raising funds for the needy.
The theme for Mahkota Charity Run 2016 is “Sugar Rush”. Together with our co-organiser – Affin Hwang Asset Management Berhad, race partner – Malacca Skyhawk Marathon Club and charity partner – Lee Association, the main objective of this run is to raise funds for diabetes patients who may not be able to afford treatment. Mahkota will be channelling the funds raised from the charity run directly to Lee Association for their further management.
