Dementia Australia is thrilled to be returning to Barwon Valley Park in Geelong for the annual Memory Walk & Jog on Sunday, 29 April 2018.
Register for the 2.8km walk, 6km walk or 10km run to help those impacted by dementia by joining in the race against dementia.
All funds raised increase Dementia Australia’s ability to provide vital support services, such as counselling, support groups, education to help family carers and professional training across Victoria.
These services reduce feelings of isolation and empower people living with dementia and those caring for them. With your help, they can make sure that their support is always available to those who need it.
