In the seventh edition of the Men’s Health Urbanathlon , nine urban obstacles await – both new and modified from previous years’ – with a finale obstacle that promises to end your race with a bang. Each one is capable of testing various aspects of one’s physical and mental well-being, such as balance and coordination, core strength, lower body endurance, and of course, tenacity as well as determination.
