The ‘Mid Valley City Charity Run’ (MVCCR) is back bigger and better for its 3rd appearance! A Mid Valley City CSR initiative jointly organised by both The Gardens Mall and Mid Valley Megamall, the event returns with plans to unite people from all walks of life, for a day of family-friendly-fun.
The last charity run held in March 2015 followed up on the success of 2014’s inaugural event with the sole aim to create awareness and bring support to the local safety communities and humanitarian services. The MVCCR 2016 is held in aid of the Malaysian Red Crescent (MRC), a non-profit organization dedicated to humanitarian acts and services.
Be part of the most exciting charity run yet, in Mid Valley City. The City is doubling its 2015’s efforts, with 3,000 participants this year, made up of individual and family categories. Join in the fun by running in pyjamas, or tutus as this year’s ‘Crazy Bottoms’ theme adds a humorous touch to this year’s run. The route will also take you through the two malls and expect a few surprises to make your run that more enjoyable.
The icing on the cake? Runners and shoppers will experience an all-day, carnival in both The Gardens Mall and Mid Valley Megamall following the 5km run.
