SMU Mile Run is an annual mega running event organised by SMU Run Team. The event attracted over 300 participants last year in 2015, and this year SMU Run Team continues to promote the joy and pleasure of running, not just to the community of SMU runners, but to all masses.
Embarking onto its third-year milestone, SMU Mile Run remains consistent with its fundamental purpose, expressly to advocate the true importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. SMU Mile Run sets to augment its purpose this year by inviting runners to move forward with us in pursuit of their ultimate purpose in running.
This year’s theme, “Forward” invites all participants to run with a mission in mind to achieve their goals and dreams. SMU Mile Run encompasses a myriad of activities from running to an exciting carnival and popular fun workouts like yoga sessions. We’re excited to be organising this event and we sure hope to see you there!
