This year, The New Paper Courts Big Walk is going to the Singapore Zoo and Night Safari. Look out for the newest exhibit — the Goodfellow’s tree kangaroos, Makaia and Nupela.
The 5km route, which kicks off at 2pm, will take you through to the Night Safari, where you can catch a view of its first baby elephant — the offspring of Chawang and Sri Nandong —in six years.
Mr Dominic Nathan, editor of The New Paper, says: “Every year we try and find an interesting route for families to enjoy, and this year we will raise the fun quotient up a few notches with our walk through the Singapore Zoo. “Pack your picnic bags and bring the whole gang along. Join TNP and our partners Courts and Wildlife Reserves Singapore (WRS) for the family event of the year.”
