From learning to play new sports to popular fitness workouts such as Yoga, Zumba, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), to structured running sessions, you’ll be truly spoilt for choice at the Experience Sports @ Sports Hub.

These activities are free and open for everyone; you only need to register early before the slots are filled up and bring your own sports gears where applicable.

Learn-to-Play Sports

Are you the curious type of athlete who loves learning about new sports? If so, you don’t want to miss these sessions. Every Sunday from 9 to 10 a.m., the Experience Sports @ Sports Hub organises Learn-to-Play sessions where you can pick up a new sport with certified coaches and equipment.

From handball, beach volleyball, floorball, basketball and various other ball games, discover your interest and potential.

FIT-Sessions

Fitness nuts, get your adrenaline pumped up with free daily workout at Experience Sports FIT-Sessions. From Monday to Sunday, join various fitness classes, such as Zumba, Boot Camp, Cardio Blast, Yoga as well as structured running sessions.

The Superfit.Community (Run) sessions consist of structured lesson plans, including Superfit Agility, Superfit Strength and Superfit Functional Movements. The programme is suitable for all fitness levels to help you begin your fitness regime, prepare for a race or achieve your fitness goals.

Conducted by qualified and high-energy trainers, the classes take place at around 100Plus Promenade and Sports Hub Lawn Bowls at Singapore Sports Hub. New classes and activities are added regularly over the time.

Experience Sports Partners’ Programme

Fitness @ Work programme organised by Health Promotion Board offers numerous fitness classes such as Kickboxing, Zumba, KPopX and other modern workouts. These activities take place at Sentosa, Singapore River Promenade, The Lawn @ Marina Bay, Singapore Sports Hub and various places in the CBD. The sessions are held in the evening of weekdays as well as in the morning of weekends. Workout slots are based on first come first served basis.

Every Sunday, there’s a workout at various parks in Singapore. The Sundays @ the Park programme offers Bokwa, Zumba, Piloxing, KPopX, Pound Fitness, and even Men’s Workouts (Boot Camp and Circuit Training) amidst the greenery. Bring your family and friends because these workouts are suitable for all ages.

Make family time more memorable by bringing the whole family to have fun at Active Family events. Held at various locations in Singapore, such as Sentosa, Bedok Reservoir, Punggol Park and other places throughout Singapore, Active Family provides opportunities for families to bond over Inline Skating, Archery, Kids Baseball, Family Frisbee, Treasure Hunt and countless other fun activities.
