No entity should ever take its valued audience for granted, nor should it stop growing and innovating. That’s why RunSociety is entering a trendy new niche with the publication’s premier community online race. This is no ordinary event. We’ll not only celebrate our 9th anniversary but showcase the “glue” that binds us together.

Why expand our efforts into the online run realm? Easy. We know how to do it. We have become a serious supporter of the Singapore running community. And for the past nine years we’ve been building a reputation for helping to bring people together in the name of healthier living and camaraderie.

No publication understands as well as we do that individual pursuit is bound by rules, metrics and guidelines. We can’t think of an athletic activity that binds together a community as powerfully and boldly as running.

As an innovator, we’re all about the types of activities that save our readers time, money and stress, which is why hosting an online race fits perfectly with our desire to offer you what you crave. Online races are fun, motivating and suited to everyone’s busy schedule, so let’s gather as a community and celebrate the past nine years and a future that is limitless!

The Race You Want To Run

You’re no stranger to the online race phenomenon and we like to think we have what it takes to plan and sort out details with the same dedication as everything we’ve started during our nine-year history.

The Run Society 9th Year event is designed with you in mind. The cost is low. Flexibility is limitless. You’ll be spiritually connected to others and opportunities to post selfies on social media as you pursue your personal goal give you and your circle a visual record of your success.

Choose your favourite distance: 10km; 21.1km or 42.195km. Divide that distance between the online event’s start date (23rd February 2019) and end date (3rd March 2019). Strive to meet your daily run goal as it fits with your hectic schedule. If you miss a run, no worries. Make up the time on any other day. How easy is that?

Details, Please

You’ve got until 7th February to convince friends to run this affordable race with you. Register online at Spacebib. Customise your run schedule to complement your work and social life. Go where you want to go and when you want to go, tracking every footfall with your running app or tracker. Upload every distance and watch your totals grow.

Will you miss standing in long lines, queueing for entitlements or driving yourself crazy trying to juggle your commitment? No way. You’ll have a clear mind to process your efforts and focus on the fact that you’re never running alone when you affiliate with RunSociety. We help forge unbreakable bonds between community members by staging events that best suit the lifestyles of our loyal followers.

Yes, You Receive Tangible Rewards, Too

You’ll be proud to wear the premium dry-fit, anti-bacterial and moisture wicking finisher t-shirt that’s been lovingly designed just for this occasion. And because this 9th anniversary-focused event is so special, RunSociety has commissioned one-of-a-kind finisher medals that are as unique as this premier online race.

These medals represent our mission, to offer affordable, trendy community-based events that bring people together even when they’re physically apart, and that’s why we stand behind the theme that pervades our 9th anniversary celebration: #RunSociety.

These commemorative treasures not only celebrate the past nine years but the next nine, too. It’s a future we look upon with great hope and promise—a future that begins when you join us.

Bonus: To add to the celebrations, we are honoured to partner with Plantronics to give away 2 X Plantronics Backbeat FIT 2100 Wireless Sport Headphones worth S$169 each to the top 2 participants who clocked the most distance mileage during the event period for the classic category.

Toward that end, we offer a poetic way to mark this upcoming event:

Together as runners, shared journeys will bind us; with each step, our vision, won’t you run beside us?
