Frost the Trail 2017 promises the same fun and fresh air as the previous 10 editions, with a 5km team race and a 10km individual run for the competitive and recreational runner. This year, there will be an additional 2km fun-run for participants who would like to bring their parents and family for a leisurely morning at MacRitchie. This will allow the elderly an opportunity to spend quality time with their children and grandchildren in a refreshing and relaxing setting.
Your participation will help improve the quality of life for the elderly. In the meantime, it’s time to start training. So lace up those shoes and start pounding the pavement. See you on 19 August!
