International Occupational Safety (IOS) Half Marathon is an international level event organised by Faculty of Chemical Engineering Student Society (FChESS) from UiTM Shah Alam in collaboration with Shah Alam City Council (MBSA), Serba Dinamik, Ultron and other agencies/companies. IOS Half Marathon is an event organised to promote occupational safety and health. In this event, we are hoping to help in injecting awareness among publics towards safety and health in a working environment.
IOS Half Marathon will be held at around Shah Alam city. We are targeting around 2,000 participants for this IOS Marathon 2019 event. There will be 3 categories for this IOS Half Marathon which are Half-Marathon (21 km), Running (10 km) and Fun Run (5 km) and the categories will be divided into males, males veteran, females and females veteran respectively.
