About the race
An initiative to introduce and promote Open Water Swimming (OWS) in Langkawi as an activity for leisure, fitness, sports as well as marine conservation awareness. As an island, revenues by selling the natures trio of sea, sand and sun. Open Water Swimming can be a supplementation to the promotion of tourism as well as conservation of the breathtaking marine life. Langkawi has the potential to be a natural top level stadium for Open Water Swimming, globally.
