The 2nd edition of the Asia Trail Master series will first flag off in Hong Kong on Friday, 19 February with an exciting ultra trail race: Ultra Trail Hong Kong.
After an exciting year of challenging races over a dozen different Asian countries, the inaugural Asia Trail Master series has seen the emergence of two champions — Arief Wismoyono from Indonesia and Ma Yanxing from China.
Following this year’s successful launch, the Asia Trail Master series return in 2016 with a race calendar that’s even larger and more diverse. Choosing from race venues in over a dozen Asian countries, runners will be competing against one another for points. The aim? To fulfil a Grandmaster Quest to finish six trail races, at least 70 km each, within two calendar years.
Everybody likes to win—to earn titles and accolades that show friends and family that they have mastered life’s important lessons: discipline, self-respect, honor and commitment. In 2015, the organiser of the Asia Trail Master Series (ATMs) challenge are going to give every person in Asia the opportunity to do just that by participating in the Asia Trail Master Series initiative, and winners will jog away with prizes, accolades and eminence.
