Back in Khon Kaen on Sunday, 24 January 2016, the Khon Kaen international running event features a Full Marathon (42.195 km), Half Marathon (21.1 km), Mini Marathon (11.55 km), and a Walk & Fun Run (4.5 km).

The 12th Khon Kaen International Marathon will be held on Sunday, 25 January 2015 at Khon Kaen University, Khon Kaen, Thailand. Organised by the Khon Kaen University Alumni Association and dubbed as the greatest marathon of Thailand, the town is packed with beautiful buildings rich in culture and history and breath-taking scenery.
