This is not your average race. This is the adventurous, adrenaline-junkie alternative that thrives on excitement and spontaneity.
You’ll be running, climbing and crawling across unknown terrain, splashing through mud and tackling many unique and challenging obstacles. In fact, the race venues for the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Sprint on 10 October 2015 and Singapore Sprint on 15 November 2015 are still a guarded secret—we only know that it’ll be epic!
One of the four types of Spartan Races, the Spartan Sprints will cover 5+ km and comprise of 15+ awesome obstacles.
Spartan Up!
You’ll be putting your strength, balance, mental tenacity and endurance to the test. But not to worry, this is for every age and fitness level as Spartan Sprints are open to individuals aged 14 and above. Children between the ages of 4 and 13 are welcome in the Spartan Junior Race too.
If you can’t run, walk! And if you can’t complete an obstacle, do 30 burpees and march on. What matters in this race is that you keep going!
If you’re even more game, sign up for the first ever Reebok Spartan Race competitive Elite Heats! Be among the most hardcore racers and tackle the obstacle course bright and early in the first heats at 7:00 a.m. The three fastest male and female Elite racers will win top cash prizes and phenomenal Spartan Race trophies.
Open Heats will begin from 7:20 a.m. after the Elite Heats and flag-offs will continue in 15-20 min intervals until 4:00 p.m.
The top three male and female racers in the Masters Category – a title uniquely given to racers aged 40 and above – will earn cash prizes, and the fastest male and female will be awarded trophies too.
“Strength comes in numbers – so does fun!” In another twist to this obstacle running race, the team with the most number of registered participants will get their own private branded tent on race day and a special commemorative Spartan trophy to boot.

Come Race Day, all racers will earn their bragging rights as they receive the coveted official Spartan Race Finishers tees and race medals. Besides a chip timing to mark your achievements, you can also reminisce butt-kicking times with professional event photos that will be uploaded within a week of each event.
Celebrate post-race with your friends and family who’ve come to show their support as spectators. Singapore Sprint spartans will also get coconut water and a coupon for a free celebratory beer upon crossing the finish line.

Sign up for the Kuala Lumpur Sprint from now before 1 September 2015 if you want to save! Entry fees are now ranging from RM55 for the Junior category to RM230 for the Individuals in Elite Competitive Heats.
Meanwhile, registration fees for the Singapore Sprint are now going for S$38 for the Junior category and S$128 for the Individual category. Alternatively, get your buddies along with you and pay just S$118 per person in a team of three, or S$108 per person in a team of 20+. Pay less, more fun—we concur!
