Shem Leong is the ironguides coach in Singapore. He has been hooked on triathlon since the day he topped his age group in his first ever Olympic Distance triathlon. He still enjoys the challenges of training and racing hard.

An honours degree in Health Science, coupled with his passion for the sport has seen him coach many athletes to success in endurance running and triathlon. Countless runners have achieved personal best times at the half and full marathon distances through his "Track Attack" sessions. Shem also uses the ironguides method expertly, to coach triathletes of all abilities to realise their maximum potential from the Sprint to Ironman distances.

Above all, he is a firm believer in the benefits of living a balanced and healthy lifestyle and loves being able to positively affect his athlete's lives in this way.
