Energizer Night Race Malaysia

Date: 9 August 2014

This signature race series has held races all over the world, including Peru, Philippines, Mexico, Spain and Singapore.

The Malaysia edition of the Energizer Night Race will feature 2 categories: a 15km and 5km Fun Run distance.

Strap on your Energizer headlights and join an estimated 15,000 runners to light up the streets of Kuala Lumpur!

The Island Ocean Marathon

Date: 10 August 2014

Taking place in Langkawi, The Island Ocean Marathon is a 42.195km road run (all asphalt), and will take you through famous beaches, airport strips and many paddy fields.

The Island Ocean Marathon also part of the Volkswagen Marathon Series. The other race, called The River Jungle Marathon, takes place on 7 September in Ulu Langat, Kajang!

With such amazing scenery throughout The Island Ocean Marathon, you’ll find out why Langkawi is called “The Jewel of Kedah”!

ColourCoil The Most Beautiful Thing Ultra Trail Marathon

Experienced runners looking for thrilling ultra distances can look forward to ColourCoil The Most Beautiful Thing (TMBT) Ultra Trail Marathon in Sabah.

Starting from the base of Mount Kinabalu and ending at the rustic Kundasang town, runners can expect an altitude gain of 2,900m for the 55km distance, and 5,200m for the 100km distance.

Both the 55km and 100km distances for the TMBT are also qualifying races for the North Face Ultra Du Mont Blanc 55km and 100km distances respectively.

Penang 100km Ultra Marathon

Date: 6 September 2014

Being Penang’s very first race to feature ultra distances, runners can choose from the 50km Ultra, the 84km Round Island, and the 100km Challenge categories.

Both the 84km Round Island and 100km Challenge categories will see runners covering the entire Penang Island in a clockwise direction. Additionally, the 100km Challenge will take you up to Penang Hill, which is a 5km ascend with an elevation of 670m!

2XU Compression Run Malaysia

The popular race from Singapore is crossing the Causeway and coming to Malaysia! Back for the second time, the 2XU Compression Run Malaysia has 21.1km, 10km & 5km distances at Perdana Botanical Garden in Kuala Lumpur.

Sultan Mahmud International Bridge Run

Starting and finishing at Batu Buruk Beach, 42km and 21km runners will traverse the iconic Sultan Mahmud Bridge, which crosses the Terengganu River!

BSN Putrajaya Night Marathon

The race is taking an eco-friendly approach, so minimise wastage and bring your own water bottles to the race!
