Step right up ladies, gentlemen, boys and girls of all ages! Get ready to have your senses of sound, sight and touch bombarded. Debuting for the first time in Malaysia, Heart Foundation of Malaysia (Yayasan Jantung Malaysia) will collaborate with Great Eastern Life Assurance (Malaysia) Berhad for the Great Eastern Colour My Heart Run 2015.

Held over two weekends in Penang and Kuala Lumpur, the inaugural run will host a 12km competitive race and a 5km fun walk that welcomes all ages and fitness levels. The Penang leg will take place in the centre of George Town at Padang Kota Lama on Sunday, 19 April 2015; the Kuala Lumpur event will be held in Merdeka Square on Sunday, 24 May 2015.

Specially built “Houses of Laughter” along the 5km fun route will shower you with glitter, coloured powder and confetti! Pass through several “Fun Zones” with the works—pumped up music, dancing and special surprises around some of the most iconic venues in Malaysia! To wrap up your morning on a high, the finish area will be turned into a fun-filled free carnival, too!

As for 12km runners, look forward to a brand new route through the heart of Kuala Lumpur city, starting and finishing in Dataran Merdeka. Starting at 7:00 a.m., racers will proceed up to Jalan Sultan Salahuddin before passing through some of the most beautiful and scenic parts of Kenny Hills along Changkat Tunku, Persiaran Duta and Jalan Langgak Tunku.
