Singapore Armed Forces: More Physical Training in The New PT Shoes

Welcome New PT Shoes for the Singapore Armed Forces in the New Year

Regulars, NSFs and NSmen of the Singapore Armed Forces will be more motivated to do their physical training (PT) in the new year as the SAF introduces two new pairs of shoes. The two models are the New Balance NB565 which come in black and the adidas Duramo SAF which come in striking blue.

Both models are exclusive to the SAF, servicemen and women and they can be purchased from eMarts. The recruits will be having these new kicks in 2017 too.

The minister of Defence - Dr Ng Eng Hen (黄永宏) who has recently stopped running due to the wear and tear of his knees, tested the New Balance NB565 while exercising on a rowing machine. He said,

"Very good! The New Balance shoes that I tried today fit very well, and I'm very happy with these new shoes,

If you are a reservist, regular or NSF from the SAF. Let us know which of the two models do you prefer.
