Miss Muddy at Hope Estate Winery in the Hunter Valley on Saturday, 20 October 2018 is a women only mud run.
After the success of running Miss Muddy at wineries in other states, it’s NSW’s turn as they head to the gorgeous Hunter Valley.
Miss Muddy is an awesome 5k female fun run with colour, foam, inflatables, music, obstacles and plenty of mud. Designed to suit all fitness levels for participants aged 13+, Miss Muddy is untimed and non competitive with a focus on fun and inclusion rather than tough and intimidating.
Miss Muddy obstacles are designed to be fun first, and a challenge second (NO Electric Shocks OR Burpees!!). Challenging obstacles get an easy and hard option (easy left … hard right) and if you don’t feel comfortable doing it at all, feel free to skip past it with no penalty!
