It’s easy to see why: This 20th and 21st May Bayfront Event Space event has captured the attention of Singaporeans eager for a full weekend of fun, food and fitness.

From the moment the festival opens its doors at 9 a.m. on 20th May 2017, workouts that suit the tastes, interests and ages of anyone prioritising fitness begin. The main stage area hosts hourly classes that read like an ice cream store menu of selections: Pilates, aerobics, boot camps, boxing, yoga, Poundfit Rockout, Zumba and Martial Jam.

You can get your party on from 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. if you want to prove to yourself or anyone else that you have the stamina to exercise the day away.

Day 2 is just as lively

Think you can go home and rest on your laurels after a full day of activity on the 20th? Not on your life. You’ll need a fresh wardrobe to tackle classes scheduled on Sunday, the 21st between 9 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. The second day’s menu includes fit bodyweight training, hatha, Bolly Dazz fitness class, yoga art, Glow yoga and sessions featuring celebrity fitness stars that include Cassey Ho, Lorna Jane and other fitness personalities you admire.

Worried that you’re not up to this much intense exercise? Don't be. Every session is rated Beginning (B), Multi-level (M) or Intermediate (I) so decide what matches your skill level, interests and stamina and put together a unique schedule. Behind all of this activity is a musical back beat guaranteed to keep you motivated as live music and DJs pump up the volume while you pump up your body from morning to night on both days.
