The inaugural Mizuno Women’s Run will take place on Sunday morning, 15 April 2018. Organised by VGO International in partnership with Tanjong Pagar Tiong Bahru CSC, Mizuno Women’s Run aims to celebrate women from all walks of life. This run was conceived to encourage women of all ages to get active through running.

If you’re a woman, whether you’re 8 or 80, this race is for you to celebrate all the milestones you have achieved this far in life, all the Personal Bests you have collected over the years, academic and career success you have fought for. Here are more reasons why all women should run, jog, or walk at Mizuno Women’s Run 2018.

It’s created for women from all walks of life

From a primary school student to a senior citizen, Mizuno Women’s Run is open for all women, aged 8 and above as of 1 January 2018, who are looking to keep fit while bonding with her loved ones. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a casual walker or hard-core runner, you can choose to participate in either 2km Fun Walk/Jog or 5km Run (non-competitive). So, invite your daughter, niece, friend, and even your mother or auntie!

It is affordable and comes with lots of goodies

For only S$35, women can sign up for 2km Fun Walk/Jog and receive a Mizuno running singlet (worth S$49), lots of goodies from sponsors, as well as finisher’s entitlements. World of Sports members enjoy discounted race fee at S$30.

Women who want to challenge themselves can sign up for 5km run around historical riverside quay – Clarke Quay. The registration fee for the 5km run is S$55. If you’re a World of Sports member, you can sign up at the discounted rate of S$50. Participants of 5km receive a race premium (worth $19) on top of a Mizuno running singlet (worth S$49), sponsors’ goodies and finisher’s entitlements.

Upon completion of the run, all runners will receive a finisher medal and enjoy the complimentary post-race activities as well as creative booths to get their crafts on.

Participants can sign up as duo to save cost

When you sign up as a duo with your loved one, you will enjoy not only running with your companion, but also S$5 discount of the public registration fees.

The registration fees for Duo teams are S$60/team for 2km and S$100/team for 5km.
