Get ready to push yourself further – put on your Newton Running shoes and complete an 18km or a 30km at the all time favourite East Coast Park this coming Sunday, 28 October. Popular amongst runners who are gearing themselves up for a half marathon or a full marathon since its first launch in 2010, this race is endurance centric.

The rules of nature aren’t the rules of the game in nature. They just embody the limits of our thinking, not the limits of real possibilities. X-Bionic® redefines the physical limits of athletic performance with the Effektor™ Technology. Effektor™ is ingenious hardware for your skin and unleashes the potential that until now seemed to be unrealistic limits.

Technique sets the upper limit for where training can take you. With this in mind here is what you need to be thinking about to enhance your running form. By scanning the horizon, you will straighten your neck and back, bringing them into alignment.

Nike Run 2012 has outdone itself compared to last year. Not only are the routes well planned, with a good mix of city views and flora and fauna of the Kallang riverside area; the mix of flat road and upslope also brings about an interesting mix of difficulty level for some. The fringe activities that happened after the race were also well thought out to facilitate interaction with peers.
