Whoever said running is just running, whoever said running is boring; these people probably have never experienced trail running. The 5th Annual Salomon X-Trail Run will take place at Tampines Mountain Bike Park & Trail on 25 November 2012.

Turning 25 this year, the Swissotel Vertical Marathon has really come of age. Starting as a novel race concept for 180 glut destroyers in 1987, the race has since been inducted into the Vertical World Circuit. It was a laid-back Sunday Morning at East Coast Park where a group of over 40 female participants gathered together at 7.30am for a common purpose: train for their upcoming Great Eastern Women’s Run 2012. All decked up in sporty gears in anticipation of the workshop starting.
