We hadn’t eaten when we checked out Adele Wong’s blog before interviewing her for this article. We knew she prided herself on eating healthily, exercising and running—so we didn’t expect to encounter a tray of awesome cupcakes when we glimpsed the first photo on her site! Scrolling down, we quickly vindicated Adele after seeing the delectable fruits, veggies and sushi she had put together to throw a healthy party.
