Weightlifting or running? It’s always phrased as an “either or” decision. But here’s the problem: it shouldn’t be. Runners should incorporate weight training into their fitness regimen. You may scoff at the idea of disrupting your cardio routine, but including a weight-lifting program can take your running to a whole new level.

80 selected pairs of women had the opportunity to meet with The Great Eastern Women’s Run 2015 #RunToLiveGreat influencers on 25 July, Saturday at The Luxe Museum. The influencers consist of Cheryl Miles and Kelly Latimer; the most inspiring pair from last year’s edition- Zann Soh and her mom Teo Yok Wan, as well as GEWR female pacer Ranjini Mei Hua.
