The new IPPT system has been changed to 3 stations, requiring people to do push ups and sit ups while retaining the 2.4km run. Of the 3 fitness stations, the 2.4km run remains as the station that requires a base foundation of training in order to pass.
Get a taste of Singapore’s kampong spirit when the Kranji Countryside Run returns on 30 November this year! The route will take runners onto the country lanes of the little-visited Neo Tiew area, a paved jungle trail along Turut track, and even through Singapore’s largest organic banana farm, Bollywood Veggies!
