The community run Multi-Purpose Insurans Run (MPIB Run) will kick start Malaysia’s local running calendar as the first Sunday running event of the year!

The man widely regarded as the greatest ever long distance runner will be participating in this year’s Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore. Haile Gebrselassie joins 13,000 fellow runners in the 10km category.

Taking place on 7 and 8 Feb 15 at the Suntec Convention Centre, the Runners Convention 2015 will feature exclusive workshops conducted by a mix of renowned international and local experts offering advice on all things running!

With scenic steep hills, windblown lowlands, craggy mountains, marshy forests and spectacular views over mighty Lake Hovsgol, the Mongolia Sunrise to Sunset 42km and 100km ultra marathon truly offers pure wilderness to the participants. It is one of the most remote races worldwide.
